Position Summary:
The Business Operations Manager will coordinate and manage the day-to-day business and
administrative operations of our primary care practice. This vital role requires someone who is
detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will
enhance the efficiency of our clinic, ensure regulatory compliance, and support both staff and
providers to deliver seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business and administrative workflows to ensure smooth clinic operations
Collaborate with billing staff to support timely and accurate claims submission
Manage scheduling systems to optimize provider availability and patient access
Coordinate vendor relationships, supply inventory, and facility needs
Monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations
Assist with HR functions including new hire onboarding and policy adherence
Analyze and report performance metrics to improve operational outcomes
Support leadership in implementing policies, procedures, and strategic goals
Qualifications:
A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare
Management, or related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare operations or administrative role
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of medical billing processes and healthcare regulations a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the medical office
Supervise front desk, billing, and support staff
Ensure smooth scheduling, patient flow, and customer service
Monitor office budgets, inventory, and supply ordering
Oversee billing, coding, and insurance verification procedures
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Train new staff and coordinate continuing education for the team
Liaise with physicians, vendors, and external partners
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or
management role
Knowledge of medical billing and coding (CPT/ICD-10), insurance practices, and EMR
systems
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
Preferred:
Experience with EHR software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team at Outstanding Hope Health Restore Care Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Record vital signs, medical history, and patient information accurately
Assist the physician during exams and minor office procedures
Draw blood, perform EKGs, and collect specimens for lab testing
Manage patient flow and help ensure timely appointment scheduling
Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and clinical equipment
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing
electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certification and diploma from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
High school diploma
College degree
